The Wheatland Kings are excited to host our 2026 Spring Identification Camp at the Chestermere Recreation Centre. As one of the fastest growing franchises in the Heritage Junior Hockey League, the Kings continue to identify and recruit players who are looking to compete, develop, and take the next step in junior hockey.
This camp is designed for players who want to be evaluated by the Wheatland Kings coaching and management staff as we begin building our roster for the 2026/27 HJHL season. Players will participate in high-tempo skates that allow our staff to evaluate skill, hockey sense, compete level, and overall fit within our program.
Players who attend will also have the opportunity to learn more about the Wheatland Kings organization, our development philosophy, and what it takes to play in the Heritage Junior Hockey League.
